Karen Tonkin has been a god send to me. Before her arrival at EPEC Education I was really struggling with completing the course. Whilst I was managing the theory side the practical component was proving to be extremely difficult and I didn't feel like I was getting any support or answers to my questions. Since Karen has taken on the role of Student Support Specialist she has listened to not only my concerns but also the other students doing this course. In the short time that she has been here she has reviewed the course, made the necessary changes that were required to enable all of us to complete the course without having a complete breakdown and stressing over how we were going to finish. The course was fine but the workbook pictures were very small and not a good quality, sometimes was hard to read it. I had some difficulties and when I call them the staff was very nice a helpful with my case so that’s a big plus for me.
