Karen Tonkin has been a god send to me. Before her arrival at EPEC Education I was really struggling with completing the course. Whilst I was managing the theory side the practical component was proving to be extremely difficult and I didn't feel like I was getting any support or answers to my questions. Since Karen has taken on the role of Student Support Specialist she has listened to not only my concerns but also the other students doing this course. In the short time that she has been here she has reviewed the course, made the necessary changes that were required to enable all of us to complete the course without having a complete breakdown and stressing over how we were going to finish. She is worth her weight in gold. She has renewed my desire to finish my diploma by being compassionate, understanding and, most importantly, following up on any issues that I had raised with her. Epec education was super easy and helpful company to go through and complete my Child protection course, I corresponded with MJ regarding urgency on my certificate being supplied and she was extremely helpful
The course was fine but the workbook pictures were very small and not a good quality, sometimes was hard to read it. I had some difficulties and when I call them the staff was very nice a helpful with my case so that’s a big plus for me.

I very recently completed my certificate IV in School based education support through Epec education. The staff are amazing, very approachable and supportive. I’m so glad I chose to completed my study through Epec Education. The support was amazing and the weekly/ fortnightly chats to ensure I was on track were super helpful. I completed my certificate IV in school based education support online with epec education recently, and I loved studying with them throughout the entire course. The staff and trainers were all supportive, and I could go to them if I had any queries or questions on the content that I was learning and they would accommodate or answer them very well! It’s a flexible online course, and the content is thorough and clear. I thoroughly enjoyed studying with epec!
