Yesterday I was in a time crunch to complete a certificate for a new job role and had a little trouble with receiving the correct information for the study. Debbie took the time to chat to me over the phone about the learning content and explained everything clearly, easily and respectfully! She was kind, patient and understanding, helping me to better understand what I needed to do for a successful completion of the tasks.I felt clearly understood, respected and calm (as I was quite panicked when I called her) by the end of the call.Thank you again for your help Debbie!

I would like to see more reference to family Day care settings, as being a sole educator, procedures are often a quite different.
